SHIPMENT INSIDE THE EU
Lost Boys Operations ships to countries within the European Union using GLS, PostNord, DPD, and FedEx. The price will appear in your shopping cart.
Lost Boys Operations does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments to countries within the European Union do not include an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
When purchasing goods from a country outside the EU, certain import regulations apply.
You will need to pay local VAT, import fees, and customs duties on top of the price, after freight
If you need to return the package for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund of the customs duties and VAT. Please contact your local tax office for guidance on how to process this, or your courier may be able to assist you.

NORWAY & GREAT BRITAIN
Norway and Great Britain, Lost Boys Operations will declare the goods, and the prices include VAT and customs duties.

DELIVERY
Delivery is handled by different couriers depending on the destination country. Delivery time is typically 2-6 days. We ship to most countries worldwide.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME AFTER DISPATCH:
Orders placed after 12 pm may not be shipped the same day.

  • USA AND CANADA: 3-5 business days, depending on the final destination and customs.

  • EU (Standard): 2-5 business days, depending on the final destination.

  • EU (Express): 1-2 business days for major cities (orders must be placed before 12 pm), 2-4 business days for remote areas.

  • REST OF THE WORLD: 6-10 business days, depending on the final destination.
