Where do you ship from?
We are based in Denmark and ship directly from our own warehouse.
How long is shipping?
If you are located in Europe, delivery is within 1-2 business days from when you purchased. For the rest of the world, it is 2-4 business days.
Where can I see my order number?
After every purchase, we send you an email with your reciept and order confirmation. If somehow you didn't recieve an email, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with: the name you ordered with, what you ordered and where you ordered it to.
Where can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packed, you will recieve an email with your tracking number.
How do your shoes/clothing fit?
We have provided size charts under each product.
I didn't recieve a confirmation mail?

Can I return my products?
Yes. Most definitely! If you're recieved products is not damaged or used, you can return your order up to 30 days from purchasing.
I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
If your product is neither damaged or used, you can return your package to us and get it swapped to the right size. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change size.
Will you ever restock Dark Mocha or Tony Lows again?
We can't promise anything. All we can say is, stay on the lookout ;)
